CERT Team Membership request

Hello,

I've created this request according to the guidelines on the Jenkins CERT team Wiki page.

At CloudBees we would like to invest more resources into Jenkins security. Three engineers would like to join the CERT team in order to be able to view SECURITY issues and to contribute changes to CERT repositories. Names: Oleg Nenashev (me), Vincent Latombe and Valentina Armenise. 

I suppose you know Vincent and me, so there is no need to provide additional info. Valentina made much valuable contributions to security engines in CloudBees products, so she also has a relevant experience in this area, which would be very helpful for the security issues. All of us have signed ICLAs according to the Jenkins core contribution policy.
