Crawler for flyway for use by flyway-runner plugin

Greetings,
For a forthcoming release of the flyway runner plugin we'd like to have flyway be auto-installable. Following the instructions on the wiki, I've crafted a crawler that reports the versions of flway available from maven central.
I've created a PR which includes the crawler here. I'd like to request it's review and approval.
My understanding is that once we see the generated flyway update at http://updates.jenkins-ci.org/updates/ , we'll be free to release the flyway plugin which makes use of it.
Please let me know if there's anything needed on my end to move this further.
