Depending choice

hi 

i am looking for a plugin that allows for two select elements.

The second select populates values depending upon the selection made for the first select

both of the selections are pulled from SVN tree 

for example if i choose app2 i will get in the next step the versions that are under app2 

if i choose app4 (and it have different versions) i will get the versions that are under app4  and so on and so forth ....
