Broken 'Open Issues' link on plugin page

Hello,

The 'Open Issues' link on the clang scan-build plugin page results in
an error page. The plugin ID on the wiki is 'clang-scanbuild-plugin'
and the component name in jira is 'clang-scanbuild'. This mismatch
results in bad JQL on Jira. How do I get the component name changed
to 'clang-scanbuild-plugin' so that it matches the clang scan-build
plugin wiki page?

Also, I need to be listed as the lead for the clang-scanbuild
component. I had several issues reported that I was not aware of
because I never received a notification.
