Install-stats for Nov missing for some plugins...

For example,
All Changes Plugin [1], shows stats for november, but
CMake Plugin [2] and others do not. Looks like the raw data [3] have not been
processed.

The usual aggressive caching on the Wiki. Just append "&foo" to the URL
and it shows up.

Invalidating caching for every plugin wiki page would likely disrupt service
for the wiki :(


I think the easiest solution is to reduce the caching time for both the full
pages in the wiki and the plugin-info macro. Unfortunately both those live deep
within the bowels of the confluence plugins that implement caching and the
plugin-macro (e.g.
https://github.com/jenkins-infra/backend-jenkins-plugin-info-plugin)
