Jira down?

When I tried to open https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-6203, the page reports "Loading" and then eventually it reports:

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /browse/JENKINS-14798.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

It appears that JIRA was in some inconsistent state, quasi-responding to
requests but never completing them.

I've punted it, and things appear to be working fine now.
