May Incubator report

Hi folks: 

I know we've only been in the incubator for a few days thus far, but the May incubator report [1] that is submitted to the ASF Board, is coming due soon. Just as a heads up, for the first 3 months those will be monthly, and thereafter quarterly. Our situation is pretty simple for the first one, we are still really queued up waiting on infra to create mailing lists, migrate git repos, etc. Someone want to jump on this? (you'll need karma on incubator wiki)
