You can go to this link for find which one that you need. if you want a best library as jaxl but you need for android i recommend you used asmack
because it's customized for the Android platform and it's have full option for register user, login, add contact friends, chart ....

Actually I have no  host to install a XMPP server, but I have a web host, with php, python... It's possible to emulate a XMPP server, with jaxl, without the needing of binding any other port with an URL access, like http://myserver.com/http_bind and this script works as a xmpp server?
