Hibernate with Informix - Could not do a physical-order read to fetch next row

I carried through all the listed configurations below but none decided
my problem:

Other configurations that I made and that also they did not resolved
my problem

- connection.isolation to 1, 2 and 4
- connection.release_mode to after_statement
- connection.datasource via EJB reference with isolation
TRANSACTION_NONE and TRANSACTION_READ_UNCOMMITED
- use of LockMode.READ in my CreateCriteria
- datasource with and without support XA

Using direct connection JDBC with lookup datasource through EJB
reference, the dirty read it functioned correctly.

Somebody has some idea to resolve my problem? Exists some way it
hibernate to effect dirty reading in the DB Informix?

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException

ISAM error: key value locked
ISAM error: record is locked
ISAM error: Lock Timeout Expired
