[URGENT] TechGig Code Gladiators-JUG Pune tie-up

Hello Harshad and all the JUG Members,

Please have a look at the forwarded mail.

I want to take this opportunity to reactivate the JUG since I could not find regular meetups of activities by JUG. This will be a good way to re-organize people and find some new people who can pump energy in JUG. I understand organizers would have been busy with official and personal work too.

As per the discussion with Harshad before that I am willing lead JUG and I had mailed on JUG mailing list too regarding the same and did nit received any response. Now I declare myself as the lead for JUG Pune and will take it forward from now.

Hope everyone is with me and willing to keep JUG alive. I will try my best to host meetups on a regular basis and conduct different activities to promote Java and JUG Pune.

It was great connecting with you this afternoon. As discussed, we are exploring a possible tie-up between TechGig Code Gladiators and JUG Pune. Here are the terms and conditions of the deal I propose:

 

JUG Pune deliverables:

* Run co-branded mailers within the community and encourage them participate in the coding contest. 

TechGig's deliverables:

* JUG Pune's Logo placement on TechGig Code Gladiators' website as community partners. 

* One webinar slot for JUG Pune's spokesperson.

As discussed, we want the relationship to begin with this event, but want it to grow going forward. We would love to partner in your initiatives going forward for community related activities.

Kindly suggest if this is good to go. If yes, we will share the link of the contest and we can start from there.

Please also connect with POCs of JUG Hyderabad and JUG Bangalore for a similar initiative.
