Title: Business Analyst
Location: New Haven, CT
Duration: 6+ months
Client: Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
· Minimum eight years of combined experience in IT and/or corporate communications operations; bio-pharma or life sciences industry experience preferred but not required
· Minimum two years of experience developing and supporting internal and external websites and social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp etc.)
· Minimum of two years of experience with search engine optimization/ management (SEO/ SEM) initiatives
· Minimum of two years of experience with digital marketing analytics, benchmarking and ongoing measurement
· Minimum three years of experience in capturing system and data process flows
· Minimum three years of experience in project management
· Demonstrated experience in writing software requirements and test specifications
· Experience working on global or regional projects with team members in multiple locations
· Expertise with software implementation methodology(s)
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field
· MBA or related master’s degree preferred
· Project Management or Six Sigma or other process certifications preferred

Principal Responsibilities
· Works with executive and senior leaders to create and maintain an operating plan to achieve the strategic vision and operating platform that defines the people, processes, tools, and technology
· Partner with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements
· Conduct current state analysis and document future state requirements, as well as, document and recommend solutions
· Draft Business Requirements, Functional Requirements and SIT/UAT plans
· Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications
· Develop user test cases, conduct user testing and monitor implementation for new systems
· Partner with business partners to conduct user acceptance testing and gain solution sign-off
· Document user manuals to describe application usage by the user community and operating procedures
· Coordinate the project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Qualifications
· Minimum eight years of combined experience in IT and legal and compliance operations experience; bio-pharma or life sciences industry experience preferred
· Thorough understanding of one or more of legal and compliance processes such as IP/ patent management, e-discovery, contract management and health care provider (HCP) interaction & aggregate spend reporting
· Minimum two years of experience implementing and supporting HCP interaction and aggregate spend reporting platforms such as Polaris, Medispend and IMS
· Minimum three years of experience in capturing system and data process flows
· Minimum three years of experience in project management
· Demonstrated experience in writing software requirements and test specifications
· Experience working on global or regional projects with team members in multiple locations
· Expertise with software implementation methodology(s)
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field
· MBA or related master’s degree preferred
· Project Management or Six Sigma or other process certifications preferred
Title: UI/UX developer
Duration: 3 Months

Scope of Tasks:
· Create a new UX experience for the Account payable clerk at customer
· Transform standard and z_transactions into state of the art user interfaces
Required Skills:
· Experience with SAP Screen Personas Development (MUST have skill)
· Design affinity / interest for UX design
· Preferred Javascript skills or other Development Skills
