Proposal for hosting RubyConfIndia 2016

Hi all,

We need to decide venue for hosting RubyConfIndia 2016. Earlier editions of RubyConfIndia

have been hosted in Bangalore, Pune and Goa for two years respectively and 2016 needs a new venue.

Please send a proposal to te...@emergingtechs.in as to why we should hold RubyConfIndia in your city.

The tentative dates are 18-19 March 2016.

Some guidelines -

* The venue should be able to accommodate 450 delegates. 

* There should be good decent hotels near the venue for the delegates to stay. 

* Whether a conference has ever been organised at the venue. 

* Who all will be available on a daily basis on slack from the RUG. 

* Transport issues. 

* How well is the city connected by flights locally and from abroad. 

* Will need a good stage setup, lighting and AV person.

* Bars/Restaurants near by.

* What all can the delegates do in the evenings.
