We have announced the second pre-conference workshop by Aditya Godbole on "What lies beneath (your models)".
# Here is the workshop description:
Relational DB, SQL. Oh, the horrors! Who needs to look there when you have Active Record models. Well, anyone who is serious about writing production quality software. This would be a good place to start. We will be discussing ER modelling, schema design, SQL constraint, SQL functions using Sequel and Active Record.
