With reference to the letter no. SO(SE-III)5-127/2016 dated 11th Jan,2017 from School Education Department for the verification/correction of ‘Katchi’ students registered in the online portal from your district. (Letter is also attached for your reference)
The login information of Schools of your district is attached with the email for the schools to access the online Portal (http://sr.punjab.gov.pk/user/login/) and Verify students registered in the schools and make necessary corrections in Father/Guardian CNIC, Father/Guardian Contact Number and Date of Birth of students.
The attached files are separated for DEO(EE-M), DEO(EE-W) and DEO(SE) of your district and sorted by Tehsil, Markaz, School EMIS Code and school name with each school’s login credentials. As this is a sensitive login information, so this needs to be shared with concerned staff/school heads only.
Kindly direct the relevant field staff to make sure these login credentials are shared with schools before 17th Jan, 2017 and instruct them to follow below mentioned process:
- Login to the website(http://sr.punjab.gov.pk/user/login/) with provided username and password.
- Verify students with the Father/Guardian name from NADRA and correct Date of Birth and Contact No. where needed
- Correct Father/Guardian CNIC of the students where the previously entered CNIC was marked invalid by NADRA, students Date of Birth and Father/Guardian Contact No. where needed
- Correct Father/Guardian CNIC of the students where many students were registered on a same CNIC, students Date of Birth and Father/Guardian Contact No. where needed
Where necessary, field staff/AEOs must make arrangements at nearest High Schools (computer facilities, etc.) to facilitate the school heads to access the online portal for data verification/correction before the deadline.
The deadline for this activity is 20th Jan, 2017.
For any students not listed in the online portal till the above deadline, school heads need to be instructed to fill out registration forms for each new student and submit to field staff/AEOs(as submitted earlier) for final data entry into the system Latest byFriday 3rd Feb, 2017. No more forms will be collected after the deadline.
