Note highlights:

• New use case identified for needed predicates based on an extension of webACL being used in Hydra
• Predicate example mockups receiving one more round of edits
• Hosting/support - not heard back from hydra-steering, might need to ask hydra-partners instead
• Need to gather together all documentation we have so far to describe a Hydra vocab manager
