Discussion highlights:

* PCDM Works & CLAW/Hydra alignment
* Esmé Cowles and Trey Pendragon joined us to have a discussion about
making sure both our communities implement PCDM in a consistent manner,
so we can continue to look towards interoperability
* Lot of discussion on how the PCDM Works[1][2] extension is being
implemented in Hydra
* Docker and Ansible work is transferred over

Next call is April 27. Preliminary agenda is below. Anyone is welcome to
join, and add items to the agenda.
