Islandora 7.1.4 and JP2 file retrieval

We're setting up a new server (Linux, VM) with the Islandora 7.1.4 modules on it and we've been able to get almost everything working, but OpenSeaDragon does not return anything when it tries to access the JP2 file (and the TN too apparently).

This is what we see in the fedora.log at the time of failure. We have been working on this for days, but we can't seem to track down the point of failure. The djatoka resolver is working from the demo URL, we check the revers-proxy, all islandora paths to djatoka are validated. The one quirk is the Fedora and Islandora have different IP addresses. We've configured whatever config files we can find to enable cross server access, but, obviously, haven't found the source of the problem.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
