Scroll Page after completing the iscroll scroller(wrapper) area

I have used the iscroll in my page inside one div which has list of users. Scrolling for users list is perfect here but after reaching to the end I want to scroll down to the page section after this list which is not covered in iscroll like page footer etc.

I am found solution) Just use other library https://plugins.jquery.com/custom-scrollbar/
