Iscroll5 load complete event available or not?

I am working on iscroll 5.1.3, I want some code block to execute after iscroll completes applying scroll to dom collection. So I am thinking of having "load complete" type of event from p tlugin itself.

I search for same but did not found anything related to it. Do any one have any idea about this?
