Simple Vertical Text Scroll with iScroll4

Hi,

I want to create a simple text with vertical scroll.

A column width: 200px and height: 400px with text inside.

When I scroll up or down the text move up or down and stop at the end or start of text like very simple vertical text scroll.

I use IScroll4 to do this.

Someone can help me to create this?
