The Hearing Research Program at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), in Charleston, S.C., invites applications for a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.  We are seeking highly qualified and motivated individuals with a PhD, AuD, or near completion of a PhD to work on NIH-funded research projects relevant to the pathophysiology of cochlea, auditory nerve, and central auditory pathway. This translational research involves objective measures of auditory function from the cochlea to the cortex, including MR imaging.  The training environment offers numerous opportunities to collaborate with investigators in a well-established, multi-disciplinary P50 Hearing Research Center and a nationally-recognized center of neuroscience research at MUSC. Details on the research focus and approaches of the laboratories can be found here:  https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://medicine.musc.edu/departments/otolaryngology/research/hearing__;!!Mih3wA!U
