Heart Attack info on New Aspirin

You are part of my ten!

Read and heed!

This can't be read TOO many times!!!!!

This is good info.

We did not know that you should not lie downwhile waiting for the EMT

Heart attack info NEW ASPIRIN/ Serious stuff, no joke!!

Just a reminder to all: purchase a box, keep one in your car, pocketbook, wallet, bedside, etc.

IMPORTANT READ......

Something that we can do to help ourselves.

Nice to know.

Bayer is making crystal aspirin to dissolve under the tongue. They work much faster than the tablets.

Why keep aspirin by your bedside?

About Heart Attacks

There are other symptoms of an heart attack besides the pain on the left arm.

One must also be aware of an intense pain on the chin, as well as nausea and lots of sweating, however these symptoms may also occur less frequently.

Note: There may be NO pain in the chest during a heart attack

The majority of people (about 60%) who had a heart attack during their sleep, did not wake up.

However, if it occurs, the chest pain may wake you up from your deep sleep.

If that happens, immediately dissolve two aspirins in your mouth and swallow them with a bit of water.

Afterwards:  CALL 911

- say "heart attack!"

- say that you have taken 2 aspirins..

- phone a neighbor or a family member who lives very close by

- take a seat on a chair or sofa near the front door, and wait for their arrival and...

DO NOT lie down

Easy way to prevent heart attack -- don't eat sugar, gluten (wheat, barley or other "healthy" grains), or trans-fats (heat-damaged veggie oils). And do about 30 minutes of weight training per week, Fred Hahn style.

Grain is an excellent way to make livestock morbidly obese quickly to get them ready for market. Works on people, too -- are you getting yourself ready for market?

I checked this out and found out that this product is no longer on the market. When I went to the Bayer website, the product isn't listed. I found an article (see link below) that states:

By phoning the Bayer help line for the facts, she was told:

“I called Bayer Health Care regarding the product Bayer Crystal Aspirin after a pharmacist advised NOT to take it for an onset of a heart attack. This product contains caffeine & 850 mg of aspirin. Because of these features Bayer recommends that you DO NOT use this product for the onset of a heart attack. The FDA recommends that as little as two 81 mg aspirin is sufficient or one regular 350 mg. aspirin.

The Bayer Crystals also contains phenylalanine 6 mg per powder pouch.  You should take the time to read about phenylalanine which can be very dangerous for some people and it does not mix with many other medications.  http://www.sweetpoison.com/phenylalanine.html

Sherry: I know your intentions are good, but please send a retraction to all the people you sent it to because it could cause more harm than good.

Thanks,

It is probably a good idea to keep aspirins by your bedside and chew them with water so they can take effect more quickly. But always check with your physician first. It may interact with some other drug or supplement you are using.

Even though the product has been discontinued, it can still be purchased online at eBay, Amazon, etc.

Sherrie,

You don't need to leave the group. Let's just learn and go on. It's a lesson we learn eventually. The internet is not always a safe place to get information.
