Hello

Now I'm trying to delete a mapper application but it is not easy in this particular case. Probably because of service binding issues (I'm using a service and I'm not able to delete or unbind it).

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PS \deploy> cf services
Getting services in org Sasha / space development ...
OK

name    service   plan   bound apps
mongo   mongodb   free   mapper
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PS \deploy> cf us mapper mongo
Unbinding app mapper from service mongo in org Sasha / space development ...
FAILED
Service broker error: binding_id d6acef31-0104-4d75-9f26-3ea3f71d908b not found
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PS \deploy> cf ds mongo

Really delete the service mongo?>> y
Deleting service mongo in org Sasha / space development ...
FAILED
Cannot delete service instance, apps are still bound to it
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PS \deploy> cf delete mapper

Really delete the app mapper?>> y
Deleting app mapper in org Sasha / space development ...
FAILED
Server error, status code: 500, error code: 10001, message: Service broker error: binding_id d6acef31-0104-4d75-9f26-3ea3f71d908b not found

Could you please help me to clear my space?

Thanks,
Alex

Alexander, I’ll take a look at this.

Alexander, I resolved the problem with your service binding and successfully ran all the commands you listed below.  The service instance “mongo” and the app “mapper” have been deleted.   I see that you have a couple other apps also running in that space but I didn’t touch them.

I’m not yet sure how your service bindings got into that state in the first place – we’ll continue looking for the cause.  Let us know if you run into this problem again.

Now I can continue with my apps.

Hello Eric

Unfortunately it happens again.

-> server error, status code: 500, error code: 10001, message: Service broker error: binding_id 0bdde187-6df1-4557-8671-77f25f3d6262 not found

I'm not sure how to reproduce this issue. In this particular case I'm just pushing several apps and bind them to the mongodb service. After this I push one of the apps again several times with some small adjustments. Could you please clean the whole space so I will restart the system installation? Please let me know if I should provide more details.

Alex.

I’m sure its of little comfort, Alex, but I did find this from December: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/20739705/cfoundryservererror-10001-service-broker-error-binding-id-xxx-not-found

You are not alone :(

Hi, Alex, I manually removed the bindings and deleted all services and apps from your space.  Unfortunately I don’t think that will prevent  the issue from reoccurring because it seems to be some kind of bug in the MongoDB service broker that we’re using from https://github.com/cloudfoundry-community/cf-services-contrib-release.  We’ll add it to our list of things to investigate and fix but I don’t know when we’ll get to it since we’re focused mostly on the core Windows functionality for IronFoundry right now.  Sorry for the difficulties.
