Error when pushing .net console app to Iron Foundry : "Error dialing traffic controller server: web"

I get this error:
Error dialing traffic controller server: websocket: bad handshake.
Please ask your Cloud Foundry Operator to check the platform configuration (traffic controller is wss://doppler.beta.ironfoundry.me:443).
Also retrieving logs is not possible.
