problems with Windows iRODS Server

Hi，

 

I try to install windows iRODS server in my windows xp。 I install the middleware followed the instructions on page https://www.irods.org/index.php/windows。

 

I register winResc2 as a resource in iCAT。 When I want to put some files into this resource， I got some error。
