Roundcube plugin: Global Address Book for SQL backends

Dear all,

Our forum moderator Michael (forum id `7t3chguy`) develops an address
book plugin for Roundcube webmail for SQL backends, just like Global
LDAP Address Book.

With default setting, webmail user can see all users under same domain,
and you're free to let it show more if you want.

Note: this plugin works with iRedMail, but it should work with other
mail server which store mail accounts in SQL database.
