IOIO V5 software is now officially recommended

There seem to have been no issues reported about the v5.x software!

This version (Bootloader v4.01, App firmware v5.00, IOIOLib v5.03) now has my blessing.

IOIO-OTG manufacturers are recommended to start shipping new units with this bootloader+app firmware image:

It is also recommended that whatever test suits used for validation, example apps and higher-level libraries (e.g. processing wrappers) get built against the v5.03 IOIOLib:

Will it be a problem having Bootloader v4.00 instead of V4.01?

No. The difference between those bootloader is minor and had no effect on operation during non-bootloader mode.
