connecting to pc

I plug ioio to the computer but nothing appears on your computer, the indicator is red , but nothing comes up, I have downloaded the drivers, but can not see the com port can't se the ioio on the pc

1. Make sure the host mode switch is in the "A" position.
   
2. Make sure you're using a standard micro-B USB cable (i.e. do NOT use the provided red cable when connecting to a PC).
