How to stop Input Director?

I have just moved from Win7 to Win10 and am having trouble with my monitors.
To eliminate the possibility that ID was corrupted during the move I would like to remove it from my PC but cannot see how to do it. When I try to uninstall it using CCleaner I see "Program in use,close before removing". But I can't see how to stop it.
