Input Director Admin Rights not working

I'm trying to install 1.4 on a new windows 10 anniversary install, and when I run the file I get a UAC prompt asking for admin rights. Before you ask, my username has domain admin rights and every other UAC prompt works just fine. I've tried another account that has domain admin rights, still a no-go.
