Slave Computer is on and master computer is turned off?

Can Slave Computer use the keyboard and mouse from the master computer even if the master computer is turned off?

If I only have one keyboard and mouse and the master computer is off, how can I control the Slave computer?

You cannot. The Master must be on, and connected to the network.
