Install/ Reinstall issues

I have had ID director running on 3 computers for years. Last week I installed a new router and couldn't get ID to work.  Finally had to uninstall ID and re-install. The re-install worked on 2 of them, but the 3rd one keeps saying the ID is already installed, but it is not. During the re-install it tries to uninstall the previous (already uninstalled) copy but it can't and closes. I have searched everywhere on the computer for any files that could have been left behind that are interfering with the re-install, but can't find anything.  

Any suggestions?

I'm having the same issue after attempting to reinstall onto a Windows 8.1 system (which this software worked perfectly with between an 8.1 system and a 10 system). Constantly getting the error about Input Director already being installed on my 8.1 system and need to find a fix for this. Any help would be appreciated.
