[Indimail-support] Upgrade of indimail OBS repository to 2.0

I will be upgrading the repository at
https://build.opensuse.org/package/binaries/home:indimail to version
2.x (FHS release) in a week.
The repository at
https://build.opensuse.org/package/binaries/home:mbhangui is already
following FHS.
For those using indimail 1.9.x, this would be a good time to grab the
RPMs directly from OBS or upgrade to 2.x.
You cannot upgrade 1.9.x to 2.x directly (rpm -Uvh or yum/deb
update). You need to uninstall 1.9.x, run the migrate script included
in this email and then install IndiMail 2.x. Same applies for
indimail-mta
