Habitat:Wild,Evergreen forest

 

Sighting:Devaramane,Chikmagalur,Karnataka,about 1200 msl

Perhaps Taxillus cuneatus Danser due to the few flowered inflorescence, corolla split to one side (for the genus) and glabrous nature of the plant and cuneate leaves (for the species). I may be wrong.

Anurag ji,checked it up with the Digital flora of Karnataka. Your analyses is right as per the description of the species therein but the page do not have images to compare and corroborate (Ref-1).However,could find an image of T.cuneatus in the web that matches...! (Ref-2)
