Plants from Northeast Tour 2017: Herb for identification from Shillong

Dear All,

This herb was recorded from Cherrapunji Road, Shillong, Meghalaya..
Apparently this appeared to be wild, leaves 2-3 pinnate, close to ground, inflorescence on long peduncle, flowers deep pink....identification help please..

We have only Astilbe rivularis only as a wild species so far in efi.
Pl. check with comparative images at Astilbe

Samiran ji is right.  I had collected the same in North Sikkim at 8000 ft. from the bank of Lachen Chu.

I think it should be Astilbe rubra as suggested by Samiran ji as per comparative images and details of species at Astilbe and as per keys at Flora of China and details at Flora of China & FoC illustration
