It is Atriplex still called as A. tatarica, but it may be an undescribed species. I remember there were some other images sent earlier (1-2 years ago). Further observations are needed.

A wild guess though chances are remote .  For me leaves look closure to withania sps.  W. coagulans ???

Only on flowering one can say comfortably . I mean flowers and fruits would  reveal its identity !!!
