Yes, this is Euphrasia.

As 'Flowers of the Himalaya' rightly states this is a very difficult genus with c. 13 spp. all very similar in
general appearance.  The Himalayan species need further critical studies.

Earlier, Stewart had recognised 6 species in Ladakh (thanks to input by a specialist).

Dickore & Klimes list only 1 species for Ladakh.  Yet Klimes spoke of Euphrasia spp. in short pasture along rivers
(I think they meant streams).

So really needs input by a specialist.
