M. Sawmliana & Tapas Chakrabarty are the 2nd Runner up Interactive Persons of April, 2016. 

Tapas ji helped a lot with in Ids along with appreciating posts from others.  
Sawmliana ji did some good uploads from Mizoram & tried for their identifications including a new species for India.
