For me Nidhan ji's ID is correct.  Could be L.lucidum   or L.japonicum .

On further scrutiny and going through descriptions in Flora of China as also discussed in MS March, 2020/15 Ligustrum compactum ? for ID/confirmation, it should be Ligustrum compactum due to large lanceolate leaves, long acuminate apex and more no. of lateral veins and being wild.
