Attaching the images of Andrographis glandulosa endemic to Eastern Ghats.
Plant name: Andrographis glandulosa Nees, Pl. Asiat. Rar. 3: 115. 1832 
Family: Acanthaceae
Description: 
Erect, pubescent, glandular herbs, 15-30 cm high. Leaves opposie; lamina 2-3 × 0.6-1 cm, elliptic-lanceolate, acute at apex, attenuate at base, margin glandular. Flowers monosymmetric, white, 0.6-0.7cm long, in short slender unilateral simple or rarely bifid, zigzag axillary, racemes, that are as long as or longer than leaves. Calyx deeply 5-lobed; lobes narrow, equal, glandular, pubescent. Corolla tube ventricose, 2 lipped, 0.6-0.8 cm long, white with purple blotches; upper lip 2 lobed, lower lip 3 lobed. Stamens 2; filaments strongly bearded from the middle, anthers 2-celled, purple, hairy at base. Carpels 2, syncarpous, superior; style as long as staminal filaments, sparsely pilose, stigma spatulate.  Capsules 0.8-1.2 cm long, compressed, hairy. Seeds black; retinacula spoon shaped.
Habitat & location: Endemic to Peninsular India. Common in hill side forests.
