Beta vulgaris subsp. maritima (syn: Beta bengalensis), the beet leaf often sold and consumed as spinach in tropics, and less commonly in cold climates. Real Spinach Spinacea oleracea is a much different plant with distinctly hastate leaves.

Nice one , very few people are aware of the plant above the beet mostly they are
common with the root
