Respected valke ji 
as this desmodium heterocarpon has been declared here as Sanskrit: शालपर्णी salaparni . I would like to make it more clear that in Ayurveda the Desmodium gangeticum is used in the name of shaliparni not the heterocarpon species.

I am in full agreement with your thoughts. Desmodium gangeticum is the only शालपर्णी salaparni. If we click on this blue underlined name, it will lead us to a page where I have put the bibliography. I have copy-pasted the contents of the page below. At the bottom, I have put my observation / finding. Henceforth, I will put maroon colour to the names which are ambiguous, but I do need to list the erroneous entries from the sites that have quoted them. Only then the sites may get to know of taking any corrective action. They themselves have depended on OR referred some other source.
