Plant for ID ABAUG2016/21

This small herbaceous plant reminded me first of a Lindernia but the flowers born on tall stems ruled that possibility out. Please help identify it.

Mcleodganj-Triund, HP
2700m and above.

I found several plants, which Dr Rawat had helped identify, making a ground cover yesterday and took some photos to share here.
