Plants from Northeat Tour 2017- Herb for id from Shillong, Neanotis?

Dear All,

Please suggest id for this herb, recorded from Shillong and Cherrapunji, Meghalaya, in June 2017. I think this can be a Neanotis sp.

Could not match it with eFI database

I think does not match with images of Hedyotis uncinella on net as well as per FOC illustration.
