Ripe fruits of R. fruticosus are black in colour.

I think finally it should be Rubus niveus as per details and images herein as per
Flowers Pink or red:
   Leaflets 3.
        Large rambling shrubs: flowers solitary or in pairs … Rubus foliolosus D. Don (synonym for Rubus niveus Thunb.)
        Low procumbent shrubs; flowers in short terminal racemes … Rubus foliolosus var. racemosus (Hook.f.) B.D. Naithani (synonym for Rubus niveus Thunb.)
   Leaflets 5-7, upper sometimes with 3 leaflets … Rubus niveus Thun.

Thank you for the key to species.
According to this, it should be R. niveus.
However, these plants are quite different in leaf shape, leaflet number, inflorescence and  fruit morphology and taste.
