Kindly identify this woody shrub growing on a rocky hillock in the Ajmer District, Rajasthan. Photographed in April 2015.

Leaves about 1.5-2 cm long. Shrub about 1 metre in height.

I feel it should be Flueggea leucopyrus, as per images and details herein.
