"This should be Impatiens balsamina var. coccinea (Wall.) Hook. f.; leaves cauline, alternate, deeply serrate, flowers pink or purple, axillary, solitary or fascicled with slender spur up to 2.5cm.

Impatiens lawii does not have spur but this balsam has.  I. lawii has opposite leaves but this has alternate leaves.  Although photos are not that good, it looks like I. balsamina.

"In  Impatiens lawii leaves are always oppositely arranged and sessile-to-subsessile. But in images leaves are alternate.
