Hello Gargji,
This is what BOTANICA  a Publication by Random House Australia says about Caliiendra surinamensis.
( PINK TASSEL-FLPWER ).
" This tropical species comes from the Guinas region of northern South America. It is an elegant shrub of erect open habit upto  about 3m tall with arching branches and ferny foliage. The flower heads are distinctive, forming narrow
inverted cones that are scattered along the upper sides of the branches, white at the base but tipped rose pink.
They appear through much of the year and attract butterflies."
Attaching four images.
Regards,
Bimal
