Herbaceous climber with hispid stem, deeply palmately divided leaves, capitate inflorescence, hirsute bracts, white funnel-shaped corolla, 10-14 mm long hirsute sepals.

Photographed from Vikas Puri, New Delhi growing in wastelands. Not been able to capture in flowers.

Looks to be totally consistent for Ipomoea pes-tigridis to me.
