Persicaria nepalensis, I think. The flowers can be white or pink, leaves with winged stems clasping the stem, common here at 5000m.

Please don't rely completely on The Plant List. So many names are still unresolved there. The Persicaria and Polygonum mystery is almost solved based on recent molecular works. I hope The Plant List will get updated soon.

For Persicaria, GRIN is better than TPL. Though none of them is 100% correct.
